Day of Your Appointment

If you are getting an up-do style or having your hair colored we ask that you come in with squeaky clean, debris-free hair. We also ask that you avoid using shampoos such as: OGX ,Pantene, TRESemme, Herbal Essence, Dove, and L'Oreal, as these shampoos leave a wax residue in your hair. This makes it so the color has to fight through the wax in your hair before actually coloring your hair, causing your appointment to be longer.


Child Policy

Due to limited seating and to maintain a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that you do not bring your children into the salon unless they are receiving a service themselves. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, so we give our clients up to 48 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule. The first time your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. The second time you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.


Due to our policies all appointments are required to have a credit card on file to hold your appointment.

No Show Policy

If a no show occurs, you will be charged 100% for the service you missed also a deposit to book again , which must be paid before rescheduling another service.
